The watch itself is great, the battery life is alright right out of the box but chaging a few things in the settings really help manage it. Set up is easy, but it did take a little bit longer for it to connect to a mobile network after activating. Location is pretty accurate, call quality is good, watch is pretty durable and love it has water resistance. Our little one loves it, thinks it is then coolest thing ever.

He has really loved the TickTalk watch, especially with the recent update to allow him to text approved contacts that don't have the TickTalk app. We got this watch because of it's GPS features for when he goes biking around the neighborhood, and it's worked well to give him more freedom and us peace of mind. It is cool enough for a 10-year-old and we loved all the color options.

It's loved already and so impressed with the... I remember growing up and running around all over the neighborhood. Nowadays it's a lot different but the watch gives us parents peace to know that our kid is ok and we know exactly where he is at. This was the most confusing thing to set up. Also I HAD to choose a profile picture just to finish set up which is weird. And I had to go with blonde white lady cause the options are super limited. The GPS randomly says my child is in another state. Kiddo's voice messages are super faint, even when we both tried talking directly I to the microphone. We have had it for an hour. Not impressed so far but we'll keep trying before we give up and send it back.

However, the GPS isn’t always accurate, especially in certain areas, and the app could be improved. Battery life is decent but drains faster with video calls. Overall, a good watch for safety and communication, but there’s room for improvement.

The watch has really given us some peace of mind while letting our kids have more freedom. Only have a couple minor complaints. Works great for contacting and keeping track of where the kids are. Occasionally the tracking uses public WiFi which seems to throw the watch way off. I wish it would only use trusted WiFi networks. Also the step counter is beyond useless. I tried it out using a 5000 step a day goal. The kids had the goal met within 15 minutes while getting ready for the day.

Don't Waste Your Money I purchased the watch to help track my daughter's location when she rides her bike. However, I had it for 24 hours and it never even came close to getting the location correct. Also, the music feature did not work at all plus the bottom of the watch face would not work the touch screen feature. I have already returned it.

Bought two watches for Granddaughters Christmas... I really enjoy the device overall. My favorite feature is the remote answer option. I do take issue with the GPS, sometimes the accuracy is off. I have also experienced instances where the app says the watch is offline, but it is not. All in all, I would purchase again and definitely recommend. It has added such an ease to our minds, when our son is out.

This watch is all about keeping my child safe! GPS... It's a product with good features but it's really fragile, in 2 years I had to already buy 4 to my 2 childs because it always broke. Also the watch band Is a big problem and it's not replaceable.
