This is my favorite drying agent for my dishwasher. It does a great job on the dishes, leaves few spots, and gets dishes shiny! When I saw that I could get a 38 oz, bottle at such a good price, I made the purchase immediatley! We have a smaller empty bottle of Finish that I pour this into for easier use. I am discovering that for most things on my grocery and goods list, I can't beat BJs prices!

Since my mother's dishwasher is 40 years old, it needs help when it comes to rinsing the dishes after a good wash and this Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid does the job! All I had to do was pour it into the rinse compartment of the dishwasher door until full and close the lid. The glasses came out sparkling clean as well as every other dish. Very pleased with the results. No offensive smell. Very easy to use. No residue.

The glass items we have are so clean! I barely see any residues or water streaks on any of our glass items. Also, our dishwasher is 95% dry after it is done! That’s good enough for me. We do have the pods from cascade brand! Our other items are clean as well. No cloudy, dispenser is easy to open!

This is recommended by most major dishwasher manufacturers and I see why. It really helps with water spots and residue. My dishes, especially my glasses, come out with no residue what so ever. My glasses just sparkle, they almost squeak they are so clean! Highly recommend.

Very necessary for squeaky, clean dishes. Leaves no water marks and has a fresh scent. Anytime I run out and think I could get around without using it, I mistake. No residue left on dishes. The price for the product is very reasonable

I use this product on a regular basis and didn't realize how great it worked until I ran out of product. I ran a cycle with none in the machine and my glasses came out with a hazy film. With Finish they come out sparkly clean. Great product!

I never really pay attention to the scent. However, it does the job to make my dishes clean and dry. I don’t have to wonder if it’s doing its job given the sparkling dishes and no spots.

I would give this a five star rating if not for the delivery driver not paying attention to the delivery notes and paying attention to the right apartment number. Other than that, the product itself works perfectly when keeping the dishes in my dishwasher “SPOTLESS”. I’ve always loved using jet dry for the added cleanliness of my dishes. Definitely recommend this item.

New larger bottles (instead of the old smaller 2 pack) is made of super thin plastic and spills with the slightest of pressure. It goes everywhere simply by picking it up. what a mess! This is a product with probably a 1000% markup and you couldn't even put it in a usable container? And even if you pour with two hands in goes all iver the dishwasher. shame in you and you too Sam's for supplying it like this. fix it now!

I was skeptical about whether or not Jet Dry really works, and it does. Oklahoma City has very hard water and Jet Dry eliminates nearly all the spots on anything that can have spots on it! I don't like the way the liquid spurts out of the bottle when filling the rinse cup. There was a lot of waste and Jet Dry is not inexpensive. To avoid this, I simply remove the cap and pour very carefully into the cup. Despite the price, I recommend using it.

The product works fine. However it’s very messy when pouring the liquid into that small 1 1/8in diameter circle in GE dishwasher, then into a soybean-size inlet, without spilling. Even when a funnel was used, flow needs to be at the right rate to prevent spill. Please design a better cap or provide attachment to cap to improve customer experience.

It is a good product as it leaves glasses and dishes streak free and shiny. However, dispensing into dishwasher receptacle is challenging it is difficult to direct the stream of product from the container and not get it all over the inside of the dishwasher. This becomes a wasteful use of the product. Needs a better distribution head.

I like the product, it works well, but the bottle is very awkward to handle. Sueelythere's a better way to.dispense such a thin luquide into such a small opening, when the dishwasher door is just above my ankles, I have to balance one elbow against the cabinet and use both hands to tilt and squeeze the bottle into a tiny opening on the inside of the door. I always miss the hole to pour it in, or overfill and have it running down the inside of the door

The liquid is very thin so when you pour it into the spot for the rinse agent, it goes everywhere. I wish the bottle had a better spout to pour directly in and that the liquid was a thicker gel . My glasses and dishes look like new.

I've been using the product since I purchased my dishwasher and it works great! But, I waste so much trying to fill the reservoir in my GE dishwasher and have to clean it from running all over. Please improve the design to fill the dishwasher reservoir so that I don't waste the product. I don't want to go to a different brand but this is too much of a mess.

This product works REALLY well. Our dishes were soaked after running a load every time and this makes them come out perfectly dry and so clear, clean, and shiny! Obsessed. I do agree, it’s unnecessarily hard to pour & I lost a good bit of product trying to pour it in.

Bad bottle design! Tried to use fill dispenser from full bottle. Grrrr. Very carefully held finger over tiny opening, lowered to fill dispenser and rinse aid goes flying. The bottle might work when it’s half empty. I called the help line printed on the bottle and asked for suggestions on how to fill the reservoir without spilling. She kindly put me on hold to look up the solution and came back to tell me to mop up the spill with paper towels and dispose and then wash the area .
