I love the concept, and so far, it works great overall. It replaced my Shark steam mop of over 10 years, and while it's still early days, the upgrade feels promising. One caveat: the device does require consistent cleaning to stay effective, which could become tedious over time, but that’s the tradeoff for convenience.

This item looks so much bigger in the picture. It is tiny. It looks like it's for little people. It is very very small does not store much water put out water or store of water which I would not have got it way too small.

Water tank a bit small, refill often for bigger jobs.

Highly recommend Love this mop. We do not have pets. So it picks up our daily crumbs and dirt easily. The reservoir is small so don’t think it would work with lots of hair. However, it leaves our floor squeaky clean. I love that it does not require chemicals. Highly recommend, my brother bought one and also loves it!

Small dirty water tank The machine works well I wish it wouldn't leave water droplets on my floors and the water tank where the dirty water goes. It would be better if it was bigger. Cause some parts of my house has a lot of floor. And I have to constantly empty out the dirty water tank cause it's so small.

Love this steam mop! I use this for my tile flooring and it’s been fantastic. It picks up a lot and the steam function works great. I’m in a pet free home but have older children. Not sure how well it would work on pet hair but it picks up a lot of debris. The only negative is the water tank is on the smaller size but wouldn’t deter me from purchasing this again. I like to add a few drops of essential oil to the roller (never the tank as the oil will clog the machine) and my house smells great!

You have to take your time going over the floors for it to sanitize. The reservoir is very small and it doesn’t scrub or pick up dirty water very well. I did a wipe test after I scrubbed the floor. Epic fail, the floor was still dirty. I would not recommend this for the amount of money spent on it.

I’m so in love with this little powerhouse steam mop! All it takes is some water to get the floors spotless. It vacuums and mops all in one step leaving the floors glistening and clean! It is easy to take apart and clean up for the next use. The only complaint I have is I wish it would hold more water as it does run our fast but that isn’t a huge concern to me as the cleaning power of this little steam mop makes up for it 100%!

Very good product, well built and works as described. The collection tray could be a bit bigger. Then again they could make a larger model that I am not aware of just yet. if they do I'll come back and edit the rating.

SHARK MAKES GREAT VACUUMS BUT HAS FAILED 100% ON ALL STEAMERS, THIS ONE REALLY HAS NO SPACE TO EVEN PUT THE WATER MAYBE AN OZ OR 2 BUT THEN ITS DRIPS DIRTY WATER EVERYWHERE AND AS USUAL FLOOR IS STILL DIRTY ALL SHARK STEAMERA JUST SMEAR THE DIRT , THRY NEED TO LET SOMEONE ELSE DESIGN THE STEAM MOPS, I HAVE A PERFECT SOLUTION IF THEY CARE TO ASK LOL
