We installed a suspension lift in a 16 year old pickup and didn't need to break out any air tools. This Craftsman impact gun popped all the rusted nuts and bolts off with ease. Just have to be careful when tightening the nuts and bolts because it will torque them way past specs.Love it, best bang for your buck.Read moreRead less

I was impressed with the power. I was able to rotate all four tires on my car using this with a 4.0 AH battery. It still had power after all that work, no need to change batteries or charge it right away.

I was doing my annual hot water heater flush, and this year I was going to change the tank Anode Rod. I could not budge it at all using by drill attachment. This impact wrench got the job done in seconds. The right tool definitely makes the job much easier!

I got this 1/2 inch impact driver for heavier work. It easily removed the large nuts holding the blades on my 1988 garden tractor. Another nice thing about it, the 20 volt batteries are interchangeable with the other Craftsman power tools I own.

It has the power. My dad has the 3/8 version of this. I had to have one. His only criticism was that he wished he had bought the 1/2 drive. So I went with 1/2 drive and love it.

I bought this to change blades and drop the clutch on a husqvarna zero turn lawnmower. This thing handles that job with no hesitation. It's almost like a air impact for the lawnmower. Not sure about lugs on a vehicle but it's top notch for my needs.

Good impact driver. It removes the lug nuts on my truck quickly and easily. I don't need to drag an air hose around my garage when rotating my tires.

Works great on lug nuts, and I’ve got several other V20 tools, so the batteries work too.

The Craftsman Impact Wrench works very well, it makes labor intensive jobs much easier to do and you will save a lot of time.

This wrench exceeded my expectations. I had used a beaking bar to removed my commercial lawn blades and it too a bunch of elbow grease to loosen. When I first used this wrench, it muscle through like nothing. Its got power! It made quick work of those stubborn bolt! And for tire bolt removal, just as easy. You can't go wrong with the tool. I trust Craftsman tool, as they have been the tool others have been measured by.

This might be ok for some light-duty applications, it did take a lug off my Ram 1500 torqued at 100 F P but cried like a baby on my Shelby's 150 F P wheels. Took it back and got its big brother, costs more than twice as much but does the job.

Torque doesn't seem to be that great. Had a hard time with a wheel lug at 90 pounds.

Not enough torque for 1/2 inch drive. Complete waste of money

Bought this today, put in a fresh battery... tried it on a wheel nut... it pulses for 10 sec and cuts out, didnt budge the nut. I will stick to my actual air gun...

I normally use Milwaukee brand power tools and this tool reminded me why. It was weaker and the impact felt loose and sloppy. I returned it the next day. Lowe’s was very good about the return and the return process was super simple.

does not have the torque....it bangs on it for a while before it loosens it up

It syas it has 1000ft lbs breaking torque yet struggled to break lose a volt that was only tongued to 165 ft lbs

This is a decent tool, but I have not had the same success some other reviewers have had. I tried twice to loosen some New England area lug nuts and both times this wrench failed to budge them. But anything other than lug nuts this has been awesome. No matter now that I have bought the new High Torque for my wheel nut needs.

Like it but seems to lack the power I expected it to have. It does not break lug nuts loose like I expected it to. Good for snugging up but not the final tighten. Need tire tool to to break loose .

It was supposed to have 350 Ft-LBS of breakaway torque, doesn't even come close. I torqued the lug bolts on my Dart to the specifed 100 FT-LBS then checked the breakaway torque with my analog torque wrench and that was 110-120 FT-LBS. This impact wrench wouldn't touch it. I would like to know who puts these fictious rating on these tools. I should have the negative reviews before buying, as there is a lot of ratings with the same problem..
