Great cutting board This is actually the second butcher block I've bought from them. One for my house and one for my camper. Great quality. Very sturdy and looks great.

Great quality I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. This cutting board is huge! It has a good weight to it but not too heavy that it’s not practical. It has a groove around the whole thing. It has indents on each side to use an handles. This is a great quality walnut cutting board. It also comes with instructions for care and cleaning, and some oil too.

One of the finer pieces you will purchase This is a beautiful piece of wood. It is a quality-made cutting board. The craftsmanship and the feel shows excellence. It’s a little heavier than I thought, a solid board. It’s a good size too. It comes with organic oil to rub it with. I hate to use it for a cutting board. Seems more like a fine piece of furniture.

We received this cutting board as a wedding gift. The cutting board is beautiful & we were excited to use it, however after using it and washing it once following the recommended care instructions the the entire surface of the board & inside the grooves began flaking & splintering. The cutting board is now essentially a decorative piece as it is unusable in its current state. We would unfortunately not recommend this product to anyone.

We wanted to love this as it is a beautiful color and perfect size but extremely disappointed by the quality after 1 single use. I washed and dried it off immediately and it is splintered everywhere - fuzz from our towels are caught all throughout it. And we did purchase and utilize the mineral oil and this still happened. Wish I would've read the reviews prior to adding it to our wedding registry. What a disappointment for such a nice and expensive cutting board.

I bought my board in order to get rid of our plastic cutting boards. The walnut board looked beautiful online and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived and unwrapped it. I used it for the first time yesterday and was almost immediately disappointed. The wood fibers are sticking up everywhere and the board now has a rough feel to it. There were no instructions to oil before the first use; I hand washed it and dried it immediately. Will try to return b/c this is unacceptable.

Beautiful wood but poor finish. Despite oiling, the board’s wood immediately “furred” and had a rough texture upon gentle hand wash. I would expect better for the price and brand. I’ve bought cheaper cutting boards that had a better finish.

I received this item for Christmas and after just a few uses and following the recommended wash/dry procedures, the board is splintering all over the towel used to dry it or the food during preparation. I have an old wood cutting board from C&B received as a wedding gift 15 years ago that has been great but these new boards are not good. I do not recommend buying.

I just redid my kitchen and wanted to replace larger Boos Block cutting board with something smaller and aesthetically pleasing. Before using , wipes it down with a damp cloth and attempting to oil it … the cloth is very brown and have never had this problem before. The wood is also rough and the cloth is all caught in it. Highly disappointed given the price point.

Would return if I could. Does not look like the picture - some pieces are much lighter which also makes the board have visible stripes. The board is also very rough with wood fibers sticking up and needs to be sanded before use - would not expect this with a cutting board in this price range.

I love the look of this cutting board, but it's not holding up well after just a few weeks. There are wood particles shaving off both sides of the board. It also doesn't lay completely flat on the counter and moves easily.
